If you do need someone to install your Balinese Hut, We use BSA licensed installers and have a 25 year warranty on workmanship.

 

Our frames is pitch correctly to ensure the thatch do not retain water and any debris will roll off. Our Frames are double hipped to improve strength and mudbug coverage(bundle thatch covering the hip's and joints) and prolong thatch lifespan. More importantly it  looks ecstatically divine.

 

Our frames is cut super accurate and is perfectly square. The lines for the thatch is predawn which saves around 90 min during installation.

 

The Bali Hut frame comes pre-stained in Black - We can stain your frame Ironbark (Rich Dark Brown) on request.

 

We only use the best quality A-grade Alang Alang white string(export grade)  tightly woven Thermal Thatch. The thatch will last 10 to 17 years but again, it's important to follow a few simple steps which will be outlined in the installation manual. For our frames we use slow growing F7 New Zealand Radiate ruffed headed pine. H3 CopperChrome Arsenic  (CCA) treated againstwhite ant attacks and weather conditions. Basically frames will last a lifetime. For the post on this hut we supply 2.4m - 150mm H5 graded CCA Treated Coppers Logs.

 

The post will last 50 plus years in-ground.

 

The Bali huts comes with a Big Heavy Duty Terracotta Crown. Our Gazebo's are design to fit a double ring mudbugs under the crown ensure our thatch last 70% longer than our competitors.

 

The method we use for applying mudbugs (bundles thatch to cover hips) are far superior to 80% of our competitors.

 

All out Fasteners are galvanised.
